Deposit/Cancellations:
A deposit of 50% of your total rental amount is required to hold the reservation...rental will be held for 7 days to allow for mail time for deposit. Full payment of rental to be received 30 days prior to your arrival. Once full payment is made, we will email or send the check-in sheet with lockbox code and instructions.
If you cancel your reservation 30 days prior to the rental period, you will receive a refund less one nights lodging. Less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund and you will owe complete rental amount. No refunds for early departures.
